John’s service is always amazing – non-patronising and explanatory on what is required to solve the problem. My Argon 18 Nitrogen always comes back purring when John has serviced the bike, in fact I would say John goes the extra mile to make the bike operate at its best capacity and resolve the issue. Incorporating a super useful the pickup and drop off service makes using Bike Buddy a no-brainer.

Hi John,

I took my Bobcat out for a spin the other evening.
Wow, what a profound difference you have made to it. It rides better now that when I bought it brand new.
I didn’t realise, unbeknown to me, over the years, how much of a ‘fight’ it had become riding it.
It runs so smooth now.

It’s no wonder you (& the Mrs.) are winning ‘all’ the local road races now – with this ’secret advantage’ !

When you get a mo. perhaps you could collect my Mount Vision & work your same ‘Midas’ touch on it.

My beloved Pinarello is beautiful again! It had become dirty and worn through plenty of use and I just didn’t have the time or skill to sort it myself, so having heard great things about John’s work, I asked him to give the bike some TLC for me. Within half an hour of having collected it, I had a call to let me know what was needed to bring it back to life. I gave the go-ahead to renew the chain, wheel bearings etc and within a couple of days I had my machine back in pristine condition. The quality of the ride was phenomenal – thank you so much! John has a wealth of experience in cycling, both riding and maintenance, so also offers advice on how your bike’s setup and ways you may improve the ride. If you want top level care and attention to detail then John at Bike Buddy is your man. He has worked wonders on my winter Condor and my Colnagos. He is a great source of sound advice and seems to treat every bike in his care as if it were his own, never rushing and prioritising a quality job. Thanks John.
