I can not believe what has just happened. I contacted John only a day or so ago as my son had damaged his bike and without a car I was struggling to get it to a shop. John confirmed he could collect the bike for me in the morning and within around 4 hours it was dropped back off with additional items adjusted and made good as well as the full replacement to the failed derailleur.

Amazing service, amazing team going the extra mile for there customers.

Took a battered bike to John and he had it mended and working like new again, with lots of little extra touches. He obviously cares about getting the bike back in roadworthy condition. I would certainly recommend going to him for bike repairs.

As usual, John has made an excellent job of servicing my bike. It now rides like new. If only he could sort out my legs that would be good. I would obviously thoroughly recommend. Five stars from me.

Luckily for me I happened to bump into John from bike buddy just as my chain nearly fell off clumbing the Bostal in Steyning. I was test driving my new boardman e bike by going up the biggest hill possoble near me. John was so kind and quickly fixed the problem with the rear derailleur which clearly had been put together in a rush incorrectly. I then whipped up the Bostal and had such a fun circular ride over the downs along the seafront and back to Steyning. John and his partner were so verk kind and helpful and I will now be taking my bike to him for any future repairs and services. Thank you so much.

I’m incredibly impressed with the service provided by John. I built my new bike myself, but hit a brick wall with bleeding the rear brake so contacted John who initially provided some advice to see if I could get it sorted myself. That failed so I dropped it with John the next day and also got him to tape my bars which was the other job I was dreading. Bike was turned around very quickly and for a very reasonable price. Excellent service, thank you.

John was awesome, sorted my Scott CX rear derailleur (bent) in a few minutes at v. short notice and charged a very reasonable £15. Good chat and a lovely guy. He even tightened my headset as an added extra and gave the best of advice on sourcing some other parts I’ll need. Brilliant job, John, I’ll be recommending you (o:
